5 AXIS PRECISION WATERJET MACHINING

Two 5 axis precision Water Jet CNC. At present we can cut almost any material (except laminated glass) to a honeycomb structure with a tolerance of .003 - .005”. Machines have a tilt jet which allows cutting to 6”-8” deep with no taper (the displacement of water is transferred into the waste material). These machines can cut tufnol/plastics with no delamination and are the only machines in the UK with a CNC drill attachment.
